Thanks for the tutorial.  I copied and pasted your instruction in Word so that I can print them.  And the pictures came up!!!

So for those who can't wait to see the pictures, just copy and paste the whole tutorial and you will be able to see the pictures!!!!

Hey sushi!

Thanks for posting such a great easy to follow tutorial.  I used this yesterday and was able to put my first zipper pocket in a purse!  Thanks again for rocking my world of craft.   Wink

Just a quick question. In Step 7, when you pin and baste the pocket bag to the zipper from the back, are you sewing through all 3 layers, or just zipper and pocket bag? Also, do you machine baste or hand baste?  Sorry to be thickheaded, but I can't quite wrap my head around this step.

Thanks for the tute. I haven't tried this, yet, since I can't afford to put extra zippers in pockets. When I find a source of bulk zippers, though, I'll be definitely using this idea. Great tute!

i am now inspired to try and put a zipper on something......just have to figure out what bag to make......I LOVE CRAFTSTER!!!!
