I bought this shirt in XL and it fits like anything else in XL... but I don't think that the shirt I bought is in regular women sizes as opposed to juniors. I don't think that too helpful. lol  Undecided

actually, the ringer t-shirt says calls itself 'women's'
so if you click on the size chart thing  this is what it has for women's t-shirt
Size Bust Length

Small* 36" 26"
Medium 40" 27"
Large 44" 28"
X-Large 48" 29"

2X-Large 52" 30"

I just bought a ringer T-shirt.  I did not follow the size description.  I got a medium and it fits perfectly.  It is not too tight or big.  Amazing.  I am about 5foot4in, small to medium frame with a 36A-B.  The shirt is really thin and almost see through (I got the avacado mint).  I wont be wearing this to work, but otherwize it is great.

I hope this helps.

By the way, does craftster actually get some of the profit?

Glad you like the shirt! Sorry if it is a little see-through. I didn't find it to be that bad. I kinda like thin, clingy t-shirts though.

I get to mark up each shirt by a certain amount and that is my profit.  So basically I make around $2.00 per shirt which I put towards paying for the website.  Sadly I've made less than $100 in the six months I've had the store up and running.  I kinda thought they'd be more popular.  Maybe they're still to expensive for people??  Oh well!  I still think it's fun to have them available! I'm sorry I am a little confused. I am like a size ten and usually wear like a medium in normal clothes. Which size should I order because one person says they fit like womens sizes and one says they fit like juniors... confused.

i'm confused too. cause if you look at them from here http://www.cafeshops.com/craftster/335471 it says womens but then when you look at them individually. its jr. and from the size charts it seems like there are only ringer shirts in jr. sizing. . so i'm thinking it is jr.

hope that makes sense. and perhaps leah can clear it up Smiley

So first of all... for those who don't know this there are a bazillion differnt "t-shirt cuts" in the Craftster shop -- mens, womens and juniors.

One way to try and get an idea of the measurements of the different shirts is to hit the "View size chart" listed with every shirt and scroll until you see the style you are interested in.

I think that unfortunately the "Women's Ringer T-Shirt" style is not listed in the size chart.  But I purchased one recently and I guess I would say it's cut more like a "juniors" than a "womens" because it's more form fitting.  So if you're worried about it fitting, I'd order one size larger than normal.

I was wondering if anyone bought those shirts too (which I guess not many since Leah said she'd only made like $100)-- I like all the styles, but I don't really want a shirt that says Craftster. As much as I love this forum, it just won't fit with my wardrobe... Besides, I never wear shirts with logos and company stuff. I'm guessing that's probably why not many people have bought them. I had an idea, I guess this is as good a place to voice it as any-- what if we solicited some original designs to use for tee shirts? We have so many talented artists here it would be easy to come up with, say, ten or so designs for shirts. With nothing on them that says "Crafster" or anything, just cool, original, designs. I think that website Leah uses for the "swag" lets you send them any properly formatted designs--

What do you think, Leah?

Well... the awesome thing about Cafepress.com is that you can absolutely anyone can open up their own shop!  It's really fun.  You can make your shop private so that only you and people to tell know about it or public like the Craftster shop.  It's free if you want to limit the range of things you want to offer but you have to pay if you want to offer a wider variety of things.

Go here check out the details: http://www.cafepress.com/

I've looked at the site before, it seems pretty cool. Maybe I was being vague in my post before-- I meant solicit designs for tee shirts to fund Craftster.... IE- Instead of the just having the "Craftster" shirts that you're not getting a lot of response to, get some people to make designs to sell. So it's still "Craftster" since we designed it, but people might actually buy it since it isn't just a Craftster logo. If people opened their own little shops to help fund Craftster, it'd be a bit of a logistics nightmare getting the money to you, no?

people could design and we could vote or something and leah could add them to the craftster swag. that would be easier than each person opening a shop.

Yep, that's exactly what I was suggesting.

So, should we start a new thread? Leah doesn't need any more work to do I'm sure...

And we could even make them 'limited editions' only have a design up for say a couple of months, that way people aren't giving their work away forever if they don't want to....

I'm totally up for the uniqur design thing. As much as I love craftster, I don't want to fork over money for a shirt that only says craftster on it.. when I could do that myself. I don't have a whole lot of money. But if the design on the tee were unique and beautiful, I'd be more apt to buy one.

Are there going to be any shirts with the actual craftster.org logo that I so proudly click every time I log on, and sits peacefully in the upper left hand corner of the window? Grin *prays*

I'm all for buying the merch for Craftster's benefit, but I'm about $300 (not including school loans) in debt right now and I'd much rather donate the money straight and paint "Craftster.org" on my jacket for advertising. SOON I shall donate, definately after I get a second job!

I'm reviving this thread cause i agree with the last post!! I never even knew Craftster merch was available until I stumbled upon this thread while procrastinating with finals studying  Tongue  I like the shirts, but I kind of agree with other members -- I don't wear shirts with company logos or anything on them , but I might make an exception b/c I love Craftster so much!  Also, maybe the reason is that we have trouble paying for things that we might make ourselves? After all, we are pretty quick at figuring out how something is made.  However, personally I'd buy a shirt before I made one, because the money is going to an awesome cause.  Cheesy  But yeah -- MORE ADVERTISING!  Wink

Yeah... I haven't been advertising it because I have some awesome new designs in the works.  So as soon as I get those into the shop, I'm gonna make a banner ad for it.
