While it's not free, it is cheap--I got a pillowcase dress pattern (and pattern for bloomers and a couple other things) on ebay for $4.88 from Parksbird Patterns.  Just type in "pillowcase dress pattern" and hers will come up. 

Excellent directions and I appreciate that she's already gone through the trouble of figuring out the armhole size, length, etc., for the different sizes.

Highly recommend it.
