This is my first knitting project and I'm so proud of it! Spring is in the air here in Montreal and I'm loving walking around in my new leg-warmers =D

I knit a simple rectangle and then sew it together to make the tubes. The buttons are purely decorative (Oh how I LOVE decorative buttons) because I didn't want the hassle of making button-holes (that will be for a later project).

Rocking off my outfit!

I knit these a lot faster than I expected (in a couple of weeks of on and off knitting). I think what kept me motivated was the warm weather approaching, I was determined to wear them before it got too warm... Success!

I love the fact that I can wear these with low boots, open shoes (as in photo) converse, etc. =D

C & C are welcome!

Very cute! I love that you did "fake" buttons too...this way you don't get the ballooning/rippling that happens sometimes between buttons.  I'm so envious of people who can get away with the legwarmer look! They look great on you! Smiley
