So my brother's job requires him to travel all over the world (I hate him) and when he went through India he bought me a bunch of real silk fabrics there.  He gave me the material and his fiance gave me a bunch of purse handles for my birthday that just occured so I needed to make something awesome with what they gave me.  Which I believe that I did.  

This is the outside of the bag obviously.  Its about 8" by 13" so its a nice size bag.

Close up of the handle.  Trying to figure out how to put this on was the biggest pain of my life.  Pictures a little blurry but you get the idea.  I hope.

Inside shot.  I wanted to use a magnetic closure for this bag but I couldn't find them at the fabric stores around my house so I just gave up because I was antsy to get started on this bag.  

I'm really happy with how this turned out and its easily one of my favorite bags that I've made so far.

Its beautiful!!    love the handles too!  can you take a pic of "just" the handles for us? ( notice I said us  .....well ok.......... me plz) LOL

I am such a dork ok??  I didnt ask that correctly.  geeeeeeeesh at me ok??  Do you have more purse handles like that one? I was meaning  a pic of handles only.  Sorry  and  its ok if you dont want to post more pics.
