*THIS POST IS FROM JUNE

***************SORRY, I DONT HAVE THESE PICTURES OR TUTORIAL ON MY COMPUTER ANYMORE**********************

i just made these earlier today.
this is the first time i made shorts and i didnt use a pattern,
but i think they turned out ok
any comments would be nice.

the buttons dont actually work,
they are just for decoration.
the shorts have a zipper in the front, and there are snap buttons sewn on the inside of the flap.
tell me what you think!

Wow, I love those.

I really want to make them..could you help clarify the shaped pieces though, maybe draw them in paint with measurements of parts, i.e. across bum, down crotch etc. That would be so helpful! Thank-you!

fascinating. I love how you used the argyle on the horizontal instead of the diagonal like it usually is. clever clever.

Now the wintertime is coming,
The windows are filled with frost.
I went to tell everybody,
But I could not get across.
Well, I wanna be your lover, baby,
I don't wanna be your boss.
Don't say I never warned you
When your train gets lost.

the measurement down the crotch (inseam) all depends on your preference
but if you need a reference until i can draw a picture, the little shorts that you would buy in forever21 or see in that old navy commercial on TV normally have a 3in inseam.
but it all depends on exactly how short you want them.

*******ALSO
could someone let me know the paint program that i could use to draw the pictures.

thankx
