is anyone familiar with "decos"? there is some good info on them here http://www.moderngypsy.com/green/alostart/ala-decowhat.html

basically it's a round robin kind of thing. you get it, add your part and send it to the next person. the last person sends it back to the person who started it.
maybe we could do something similar?
i think it would be cool to have a collection of art by several people.

Wow. Thanks, bewitched. Another very cool link. (Have you guys posted these links in the D.I.Y. Links area?) I really like the sound of the "decos". Has anybody else checked out this site. "Decos" are tiny little decorated books -- usually thematic from what I gathered at the site. Maybe people could have a look and post here about how they would feel about doing something along the idea of  "decos"?  Smiley (p.s. to cherriesrockmysox: apparently nervousness.org isn't taking new members anymore. you can sign up for the forum, establish a rep. for doing legitimate trades and being trustworthy, I guess, and then hope that an existing member will sponsor you. I've registered for the forum anyway (apparently the site directors feel their trust has been abused.) I'll just have to negotiate my own trades to start! Still, the people seem pretty friendly.   Wink

Hey, everybody! Check it out! Leah has kindly added a couple of new sections: one specifically for Mail Art Swaps and another section for Organized Swaps and Mail Art Rings  Kiss! Beauty! So maybe we should move this discussion over there? What do you guys think? Email or p.m. me with any ideas of how to get this puppy up and running, okay?  Wink Or we can just get busy making stuff, and arrange our swaps via email or p.m. Again, how do people feel? (p.s. Thanks, Leah!)
