I was just in the most fabulous studio this afternoon; it's a paper artist's yurt in Glen Echo park, and full-to-bursting with paper and beads and art and shelves full of supplies and little notes from one artist to another, and plants in pots sitting outside, to the point where it's barely possible to walk. Sort of like the quintessential musty antique shop or 18th century alchemist's workshop, only with art and art supplies instead of alembics and stuffed alligators and a raven sitting on somebody's skull. |
