Brief Bio, News in Your Life, etc:
I shot my first "fine art" photograph at 13 and started paper-play in my late 30's. Now in my 40's I'm fine-tuning and growing all at once.
I love fussy cutting and will try scherenschnitte one day.
When I grow up I want to be whimsical.
My sister is my biggest inspiration and the reason I joined Craftster.
I have a dream of making papier mache Victorian hot air balloons... but papier mache is messy.
My favorite thing to make is shadow boxes. They are fun puzzles to solve!
I make embellished and layered greeting cards with a vintage flair, as well as photo  albums and other paper stuff. I have to do something with all the paper to avoid being a hoarder.
I recently started working with clay (air-dry and polymer) and love it. Now to practice, practice, practice!
I listen to stories from the BBC Radio 4 Extra website while I work on projects. I love the crime dramas and sci-fi stories. It's real 'theater of the mind' stuff!

My Favorite Crafts To Do: Shadow boxes, mixed media, greeting cards, chainmaille, pretty much anything with paper
Crafts I Want To Learn: papier mache, scherenschnitte, tatting, needle felting and lots more...
