This was a fun and easy afternoon quilt to make.


I just rotary cut different width horizontal strips from 4 cooridinating fabrics, pieced on the machine, added cotton batting and a cow print backing. I machine quilted and also added the binding by machine.

This is so clever!  Kudos to you for even wanting to wrap that much yarn around anything!  I love it!

 

I can't remember how we decided on this costume. It may have been when we saw the giant knitting needles and the giant ball at walmart over the summer?

So, I was jonesing for a some trashy magazine to get my fill of celebrity gossip and came across the ever informative OK! Magazine.  While I flipped through pages amazed at how a certain celeb couple spent nearly $3 million on their wedding I came to a section of fun/crazy pictures.  I was intrigued when I saw a picture of a tiny hamburger meal!!!...totally impressed the picture I examined it closer and although it seemed crazy i thought I could make out craftster on the cup!!!  Then I saw the little cork man that i assume all us craftsters have come to love and yelled....Oh my gosh!!! Craftster is in my magazine!!!!

Of course no one else i was with seemed to be excited about this, but I am come to accept that when it comes to my obsession with this website. 

Anyway, Congrats on getting into OK! and I love the burger!!! And everyone should go check it out!!!

I saw it at work too! No one in my office "gets" my craftster obsession either.

Thanks again everybody! My ball of yarn just turned 7 and was thrilled when she won first place in our neighborhood halloween parade. There was someone in a cat costume that pretended to bat at her
