I couldn't find the envelope thingy but I found the instructions! The number on the instructions is 4592/0554. Hope this helps!

I left my pattern at school and I don't know if i'm ever going to get it back, so I can't get you the number of the pattern, but, it's a Simplicity pattern that I bought one day at a Walmart. I tried looking on Simplicity's website but I couldn't find it... On the cover of the pattern is that dog along with a bunny and a bear that look very similar. The ones on the cover of the pattern are also made from the same bumpy fabric. I hope that helped but i'm really sorry I left my pattern at school!
