I know, right!  SkitzoLeezra, I am in major love with your floss stash.  Shocked
Why thank you, Beffielou!  At the risk of inviting envy, take a look at this Craftster link with more floss organization, on page 19 of 28.

I use the same system and really, winding those bobbins doesn't take too long, especially if you're watching television.  Once you wind a couple, you barely need to look and before you know it, a box o' floss is waiting for your next project.

Floss bobbins are also handy color chips!  More than a few times, I've matched a floss bobbin to a large or heavier item not convenient for carrying and used it to color match an item while shopping.

46  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: Outdoor Curtains- Oilcloth or is there another way? on: June 08, 2010 08:42:08 PM
I purchased my Sunbrella fabric on eBay!
47  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: Outdoor Curtains- Oilcloth or is there another way? on: June 03, 2010 06:11:07 PM
Check into outdoor fabrics such as Sunbrella.  I used it for my outdoor cushions 8 years ago and they still look great.  It is a bit stiff so a deep hem would be a good idea for curtains.

Agree with the previous and wonderful Craftsters: bolder outline and no satin stitch fill.  Love the deer with the scarf ~ cute choice!
