I have a young gentleman friend who is going to see Wicked at the end of June. He has commissioned me to make him Elphaba's Act II dress to wear. I am going to make the bodice and teach him some sewing techniques so that he can make the skirt so he can afford it.
Does anyone have any tips or technique hints that would help in making this? I'm mostly worried about fitting him since most patterns are made for women. Any patterns you can suggest? I would say I have slightly above moderate sewing skills. In no way an expert Wink Thanks in advance!!
Here is a picture of the costume
