I received yesterday. If I could murder my mailroom, I most certainly would. They're slow, closed on random days, and have lost several of my packages already.

Luckily, my beautiful package arrived yesterday Smiley

Shocked Wow. you learn something every day. My floor is magnetic .....  Shocked So many magnets! How did you know I needed them?

A beautiful resin heart.

4! 4 Daisy coasters!!!! Wow. They're beautiful.

And a bag in the style of the crazy aunts. I love the fabric (right now, its concealing all of my 7 textbooks for this semester)

I love it all!

(PS, have any of y'all seen "Waitress"? More pie goodness!)

OMG I have those books! Of course, they're all in a cardboard box and rotting in the garage, but still! wow. never thought I'd see another one.

What a clever idea.
I'd copy, but my brother got to them when he was little and scribbled all over them with crayons, so they arent in good shape, lol.

it seems like the tension isnt being held onto. Like, you twist the tension higher, but it's still going to slowly unravel.

unfortunately, i have no idea how to fix that.
30  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Favorite "Weird" Food? on: March 05, 2008 10:20:18 AM
"weird food"?

I have had plenty.

a) my dad can't cook, and when I got chicken pox many many years ago, and we had to postpone our trip to Florida, my mom went anyway. My dad stayed back with me and my brother and was like "LETS BE PIONEERS AND EAT OUT OF THE CAN!!!" What was our big exciting cooking experience? Corn, Ketchup and cheese. I kid you not.

b) Along with the "cant cook thing" he's also tried to cook salmon in the microwave. Now, we all thought it was common knowledge that you don't put aluminum foil in the microwave. apparently that eluded him, and he stuck some salmon in the microwave covered in aluminum foil. lets just say that was disgusting

c) One day, he also decided to hand make a marinade for the barbeque. What did he do? HE MIXED CONDIMENT PACKAGES TOGETHER. the marinade was mustard, horseradish, ketchup and soy sauce.

Weird food? I think so.
