So my DD just turned three years old, and she is totally obsessed with Mary Poppins ( we are talking this kid eats, sleeps, wants to grow up to be Mary Poppins  )... So naturally we had to have a Mary Poppins birthday, I made the decorations, her dress, everything...but I was so scared to make the cake since I had never worked with fondant or anything like that before. But I thought what the heck got out my bowls and made this...





ITS MARY POPPINS


I found the little hat at a craft store where I bought the body, but it was yellow. So I painted it white and added the netting. Also, she had really long hair so I pulled it back and made a bun .


And here is Poppins, with a very happy little girl
 

My friend just had a cute baby boy and I wanted to make them something cute so here it is..


 I thought it came out pretty cute and so did they 

So its been cold lately and I decided to make my puppy a sweater..
Here he is looking so cute..


Now here he is when you leave him outside alone for an hour  ..



Hehehe the good thing was that it was only the underside so I was able to save the top part..and I just made the underside a little bit snugger   

I <3 veggies...and don't know what came over me but decided to make a dead carrot LOL
I didn't have a pattern just made it up as I went

I have since started a little dead veggie collection, so you will probably see more

So one rainy day my ds asked me if I could crochet anything...anything!!( Im always up for a challenge) 
So he wanted some grapes of all things...

My Son wanted to give away candy to his class for their Halloween Party. So it gave me a *wink* excuse to get crafty hehe

So they are just felt with glued on eyes and a bow..great part about this project was I had everything I needed already in my stash, so the only thing I had to buy were the suckers

So sorry I know its past Halloween but I could not get the pictures up till now, but I'm glad i did So my friend wanted to buy an elaborate Halloween graveyard set, but the price was how you say...not so nice. hehe So I decided to help out and make some pieces for him.
