1  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Four Easter Bunnies for Four Neices on: March 21, 2008 06:44:30 AM
I made some wooly bunnies for an Easter gift for my little neices.  I used the wool left over from woolen sweaters I have been using for my babies diaper covers.  I hope they like them.

2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Fun Baby Shoes on: February 29, 2008 07:58:21 AM
Here are some crib shoes I made last night.  One is for a friend of mine who just had a little girl, the other for a friend who had a boy.  They are made of woolen felt and lined with material thrifted from bed sheets.

3  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Felt Play Eggs on: February 23, 2008 03:41:18 PM
I had the best intentions of making a whole pantry of felt food for my two year old neice's birthday.  This little girl loves to eat and I know she will enjoy having some play food.  I'm sure you can all relate to big intentions getting scaled back to a smaller project.  I finished 12 whole eggs and 6 eggs over easy during my baby's nap.  The rest of the pantry of felt food will have to wait.  Maybe I"ll have a pantry finished by Christmas?...
