I"m sorry i find it funny that in magazines they tell you about affordable hand knits for fall and winter Cheesy- yeah right!! I was just looking through a magazine yesterday and one of the items was a scarf, A SCARF!! and the price for it was $100!!!!!!!!! I ran and showed my friend. I was in hysterics. When she asked what was so funny { she's not a knitter] I told her a scarf in the magazine cost $100 and i could make it for like $10. Now i'm stuck making a scarf for my dear friend. Anyone else seen these type of rip-off items?

At first i thought it might be the size needles which i am using 10 but the pattern called for 11s so i don't think that they are stretched out.Oh and if it helps i started with two rows of the knit stitch
