I use a Toddy maker which makes a concentrate. You can treat it was espresso, so I usually make a latte with it and milk. For The ManFlesh I add simple syrup, because he likes a little sweet. Or we add a splash of Limoncello on the weekends! I don't like my coffee sweet, but back in the day we made renowned iced mochas with this as our base.
My goodness this is lovely. I am rendered nearly speechless (writeless?) and can not think of where to start with my gushing. I can gather my thoughts enough to say that if this were mine I know I could spend a long, long time inspecting the shrine and discovering new favorite details inside and out.
Love cold brewed coffee! I first encountered it when I started working for a coffee, tea and spice shop about 25 years ago and bought a maker a couple years later. I make it all summer for iced coffee drinks!
