Also maybe lower the temp to bake longer at a lower temp. Works for me when I make thicker layers.

I made this for my sons 1st birthday. I used 2 9x13 cakes and cut the pieces to "sculpt" the cake shape. My hubby made the board to make the cake look like it was standing on the wheels with 2 pieces of masonite and dowels in between. It was AWESOME!!!!!! Amy

I LOVE LOVE this wallet but for some reason I cant bend my brain around the tutorial. Maybe with fabric in hand I'll get it. Maybe I dont get the pocket part. I dunno. I feel mental...... Amy

I made these from Amy Karol's bend The Rules Sewing book. I made them little and stuffed them with hair accessories for 3 little girls for xmas. Now I want one for me.
These were the first bags I ever made and it was alot easier than I thought. IM off to make my own. Have a good day everyone!!! Amy

Did you use a pattern or certain tutorial for this bag? Its great!!! My SD wants a tote for school and I think this is a good size for what she wants.
