11  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: 50+ Wash Cloths-along on: February 19, 2009 01:04:46 PM
I have decided to join! I couldn't stand it anymore. Plus, I am getting my own apartment in June and I decided to make all of my dishclothes and dish towels. I have 4 clothes done and almost finished a dish towel. Hopefully, I can find the time to take pictures this weekend and post them!

13  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: Free Form CAL *1st Instruction added on Pg 3* on: June 02, 2008 04:01:02 PM
I began mine today!

The first part was started in Caron Simply Soft in Country Blue. 38 for the chain and 15 for the double crochets. For today's instructions, I used Lion Boucle in Jelly Bean color and because I of my ginormous feet inherited from my father, I had to put in 25 treble crochets!

I started my ripple 3 days ago and this is what I have so far. This one is being made for my best friend and I'm using Caron's Simply Soft with white, chocolate and blue mint! The pattern is #59 from 200 Ripples

I am definitely starting early this year! I plan to do patchwork table cloths and cloth napkin for my sister (saw this idea in the October? Country Living magazine), a new tobaggan for the BIL to go with his new snowboarding gear, something beachy for my dad and I have no clue for my mom. BUT, I am going to start early this year since it's been a while since I have sewn!!
