Hello! I am applying for a summer art program and I am using this piece (which is still in progress) as a submssion
It is me trying to explain the difference between inner and outer workings of the mind and the idea that we are all a bit animal
aside from that I like the colorss:)
It isn't done, so any suggestions on what you all think would improve it would be lovely! Thanks

3  Alice in Wonderland pottery [Kinda Image Heavyish] in Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects by pipsqueakpirate on: February 01, 2008 03:36:49 PM
Hello! I have been doing some pottery in my ceramics class and my theme for dinnerware was alice in wonderland

the first plate is a picture of the mad hatter and across the rim there is the poem that fury says to the rat

the others are also covered with little snippets of lines from the book. There is also a bowl but i don't have a pic!
Alice in Wonderland is my favorite book of all time. Are there any other fans out there?Smiley
thanks for reading. i'd love comments on any of it too!

I hope you all liked them

5  Silver Leaf Pendant in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by pipsqueakpirate on: December 09, 2007 02:14:45 PM
Hello all! This is one of my first posts on craftster but I love it already. I made a silver leaf pendant which I wrapped with beads and wire. I then created the beaded chain for it. My fingers are sore! It is a happy pregnancy/holidays  present for my photography teacher. I hope you all like it. By all means comment whatever it is you'd like to say!

6  The Clash Recons in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by pipsqueakpirate on: December 09, 2007 02:10:11 PM
I am a huge fan of the Clash but there is no way I will pay bunches of oodles of money for their merchandise, especially seeing as punk has a huge diy ethic. so i decided to make myself some clash stuffs in that tradition.

if anyone has any suggestions or comments or anything they want to say, i would love to hear!
xo pipsqueak

this one is a simple splashy shirt based on the way the bass player in the Clash decorated his bass

these two are the same wifebeater with a stencil on them. and glitter (i love me some glitter!)

7  Gypsy skirt Classic Recon in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by pipsqueakpirate on: December 09, 2007 12:56:20 PM
I have a feeling this is an tried and true and maybe Cliche post, but I am very proud. IT was my first real thing I made with a sewing machine. I am very new here, but I love the warmth and support here. Please, if anyone has anything to say about my skirt, say it!
It is a wrap skirt made from a pillowcase from the nineties. Thanks

Its from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame and on the back Quasimoto is chillin on my butt.
