mmmmmm yum.... I want to eat that now... I wish I had bought the asparagus yesterday...... My Mom's holandaise sauce is similar to that, only she spinkles in a bit of seasoning salt (the MSG free version) yumm....

Oh my gosh, that looks really good. My mouth actually started watering when I saw it. And thanks for the tip on the sauce, I always thought it was too difficult.

A lot of people have that same misconception about the sauce being a tricky thing... it's really not, and I'm glad I could put a tutorial out there to inspire people to try it.
