At xmas I made the mistake of showing off my fancy tuque I had made. Well after a few drinks I was convinced to make some for the whole family... I have been putting it off a bit but finaly started with an order for a super warm lime green and white snowboard type cool hat (That was my note of it I had made in my half drunken stupor) This is what came of it. Lined with micro fleece. Its simple but i like them like that.Ok its a bit small on me but I had to try it on(really had to pull hard to get it on).

He is about 12 inches long , 9 inches for the back and 12 inches to the top of the head.
He took a lot of stuffing! Especially in his legs to make him stand up.

Pattern from fleece animals to sew modified to make a white sock on one foot cause I was a teeny bit short on the tan fleece.

Mongia in st-hubert have henna kits directly from india. Never tried them but they look good.

My little parson terrier gets mighty cold at -25c. Poor thing becomes a pupsickle! I had bought some premade pet clothes(why did I do that  ) They are so cheap and dont stay on a fiesty little girl like Lily. I  modified a simplicity pattern to fit her and get rid of most of  that open tummy stuff for males. She is much less cold in this thick hot pink fleece. She is hard to keep still sorry for a bad pic of her. Notice the cute underbite!! She was on special cause of it. I think she looks like she is smilling

The turtle is cute and has already found a home. I got the edges even more frayed and he looks much nicer. The pattern for the turtle is from the book toys to sew by claire garland, great book!
The kitty is from a japanese craft book called animal mascots. This book is chock full of cuteness.
Sadly I cant make my own patterns. I lack imagination...

I make some similar things with the boxes the kitty litter comes in (have 7 kitties so we had alot of boxes)
Some catnip sprinkled on top really gets them goin and is so much fun to watch.
Similar stuff at pet shops are like 10+$
