they don't look wonky to me. i've been coveting those kimono dresses, too, but am not anywhere near to trying to figure out how to do that. so hooray for you! they turned out great.

I have the pattern and have sewn it a few times.  I must say you did a great job! And I love that the strap tie!

Did you  just eyeball the pattern to shorten it for a top or do you have a better way of doing that.  I love the mix of fabric! Gotta love the box picture!

Did you make or buy the blouse underneath?  That really makes this set super gorgeous IMHO.

Nope, K-mart clearance.  It's a sweet little blouse though.  I agree it makes the set.

The Moda has rabbits designed into the damask...gotta love it.  Classic with a twist.

Hate to disappoint but I bought it at the big W 2 summers ago...its been sitting in my stash ever since...waiting...

The first fabric is Andover - I believe its called magic bunny
The second fabric is Moda -Full Moon Forest bunny

(You can also make *four* in one...that's a blast, too.)
