Also ready for summer (and happy hours in the sun!).

As for the swap, planning!  Grin

I'm so glad you like everything. I'll admit, I didn't even think about belly dance accessories with the purse organizers, but that is AWESOME!

As for the microscope slide pendant, it's made of microscope slides, with the picture in the middle of two of them. I'm really glad you like it, as that is really the best theme ever!

(p.s. the tiny canvas bag is also a BSG nod. I didn't fit much in in the way of sci-fi nerdiness, which we share, but I got that little reference where I could!  Cheesy)

I would steal that TARDIS necklace and not feel sorry! 😉 I am excited to practice for this swap! Oh tiny things, how are you so cute?

Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Wizard of Oz, then Empire Records. Smiley

I have neither! Kids are a reasonably far-off venture (5-10 years), if ever. Pets are a shorter term goal (I want a cat! I miss having one terribly...), but I probably won't have the ability to care for one for another year or so with my crazy schedule! While cats are certainly very capable of taking care of themselves, I'd worry about a cat's socialization with my current lifestyle.

I always wanted to be a doctor...from before kindergarten to my junior year of college! Then O-chem and an illness happened, so I just finished my English degree from there. I still wish I were a doctor, but I have enough student loan debt already.  Roll Eyes

I'm currently acting the part of a substitute teacher (Someday, someday I will have my own classroom. Or go back to grad school and get my PhD. Someday.), but I am also an assistant manager at an apartment complex right now.

I generally work seven days a week right now, but bliss, in the form of summer break, is on its way! Unless I get a summer teaching job...  Wink

As much as I love it here in Oregon (and don't *really* plan to go anywhere), I'd love to live in either Spain or Iceland. At this point, however, I'd settle for a trip to either!  Wink

I have a love-hate relationship with my handwriting!

I love how it looks quite a lot of the time, as I use a combination of print and cursive. It looks different with different pens/pencils, so I can change "fonts" if I want/need. However, my mother has perfect D'Nealian script, which makes me insanely jealous.

The hardest part is being left-handed. While I can write well on loose paper and bound paper that has a low-profile binding, 3-ring binders and most spiral notebooks are impossible. I also suck at writing on the whiteboard/chalkboard in front of the class. During student teaching, I'd get there early to write things out on the board prettily.   Cheesy

I am able to write fully in print and fully in cursive, but the combo form is simplest for me!
