1  They say Roam wasn't built in a day... (4 pics) in Knitting: Completed Projects by Schnail on: November 16, 2007 08:58:26 PM
And it wasn't! Actually it took me 6 weeks and it's now too hot to wear it (summer in Australia).

But now the completed article (this is my first posting with pics so I hope it works). Actually it was a lot of firsts - first non scarf/sock article, first 3 needle bind-off, first SSK (which I discovered is not the same as K2tog!)...

Anyway, enough jabbering - onto the pics!

First up my bed modelling the front:



Secondly the back - I love how the wool went stripey:



Now myself modelling (I can now fully appreciate how hard it is to take pictures of oneself!

Back - apologies for dirty mirror & open wardrobe door.



Front - da hood!



Yay! The pattern is from Knitty - I made it slightly longer than specified but other than that the pattern was followed (almost) perfectly.
