Sorry for the blur... Crochet motif tattoo above elbow bend!
2  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 35 ENTRIES / Re: The Board of Health on: February 06, 2009 04:07:45 PM
i just adore it!  when i worked in a group home, each individual had their own medical binder, but i think something like this would be 800 times better!
3  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: shantoons on: January 27, 2009 03:32:00 PM
at this very moment my mom is collapsed against a wall laughing so hard at your brick one.  holy monkeys, that is flippin fantastic!!!
4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Recycled Bucket Tote on: January 19, 2009 04:53:19 PM
i love it and here's why: i'd never guess it was one of those coffee containers inside.  my mom does a reduce/reuse/recycle program for children, and something like this that includes the plastic container and the repurposed clothing fabric is perfecto!
5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Great White Shark - with a little surprise on: January 17, 2009 08:42:59 AM
i think it's the leg that really brings the idea home.  now crochet a screaming surfer (with a surfboard) that's missing a leg.  awesome!
6  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: This dagger has a happy! on: January 17, 2009 08:41:31 AM
that made me literally laugh out loud, and i'm not a big loller.  if the knife doesn't cut it, maybe crocheted nunchucks would be in order.  two enthusiastic thumbs up!
7  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Diva Box for diva of a niece on: January 17, 2009 08:38:53 AM
i like how its personalized to your niece, it's something she'll treasure forever.  isn't it crazy that 7 year olds can already be divas?!
8  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: bunny doorstop on: January 17, 2009 08:37:25 AM
it's great!  how much rice is in there to hold the door open?  our bathroom door at the house is kinda on an angle and it automatically closes if there's no doorstop in it.  it's a heavy-ish door and i'm interested in knowing the amount of rice versus the weight of the door.  absolutely adorable bunny!
9  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Re: Forest Friends Deer in turquoises on: January 17, 2009 08:35:07 AM
those eyes are mesmerizing!  incredible job, you are so talented.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: fluffy furry hat with ears (sposed to be a kitteh, looks more like a bear) on: January 17, 2009 08:33:45 AM
i love its furriness!  it looks soft and warm, and right now it's -6f degrees.  it's super duper cold and i'd love to have something so fuzzy on my head (and paws).  in fact, you should make a whole fuzzy one-piece jumper!
