I need costume help!  My bf needs a costume for VBS next week.  Material is being donated and I have some, but I don't want to spend a lot of time and money on this project.  Any ideas?  Also, as little sewing as possible (it's just not my thing). 

I also need some great, creative idea for sandals.  He will not go without socks and doesn't want to buy sandals.  I thought about painting a pair of tube socks or something.  I can macrame and crochet.

The costume needs to be fairly durable since it will be used 2 hours per day for 5 days.  Any ideas are greately appreciated.

I'm all about it.  I just joined today and found this site.  I'm making one of the swiffer covers as soon as I get a round to it. 

Use vinegar in your dishwasher instead of jet dry.  Works like a charm and doesn't smell!
