That bread looks amazing!

Always--- yay for a full pair of socks. Im knitting my second sock right now, but I ran into a huge knot in my yarn so I am putting it away for now.

I finished my wreath and I painted a picture thatI got the idea from craft gawker. That website is pure evil, I could spend hours on it.
I lost my camera, but when I find it I will post pictures.

I made a wreath, it is almost done. I made it for the sole purpose of replacing the christmas wreath that is still hanging on the front door, but I like it too much to risk it getting ruined outside, so I am hanging it in my living room.

Missmoppet----congrats on your first sock! I'm in the process of making my first sock, hopefully I'll finish it by tomorrow.

In other news, our sewage problem got fixed and they are fixing our heat, and our neighbor is working on our car.

Thank you all for the well wishes! Things are a little better. The heat still isnt on but I have a space heater and it is heating the house up pretty good. My husband is coming home on monday, possibly sunday. Im so excited to see him! I think I am going to make him a welcome home present.

Right now I'm baking some peanut butter cookies for work tomorrow. And later I think I am going to work on my scarf. Keeping myself busy helps me cope with whats going on.

Last weeke i started knitting my first pair of socks. But now Im not motivated to do anything crafty. Our heat went out, our sewage backed up, our car broke down, and my husband is in the hospital for mental health reasons. I feel so lost.

bacon ranch mac and cheese


1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
ranch dressing
bacos
salt and pepper
1/2 pound of elbow macaroni


Make macaroni according to directions set aside

in a big pot melt butter, whisk in flour.  Slowly whisk in milk, whisk until thick.  Add a couple of squirts of ranch dressing. add salt and pepper to taste. add bacos.  Add macaroni and enjoy.

Verdict:
Very good I make this all the time except I leave out the Bacos and add onion powder, I actually have some in the fridge right now.

Verdict:
I love this soup!!! My husband doesn't like tomato soup so I get it all to myself! I make it once a week.

it's big enough for an overnight trip, or a big knitting project.
Right now I use it to carry my clipboard and radio for work.

Hopefully after I file my taxes I'll have enough money to make a real quilt.

yep there is catnip in the heart.  both my cats go crazy for it. I think I'm going to make them more toys in the future.

It seems like eveytime I want to take pics, its either too dark out or I am way too tired.  Today Im too tired, work has kicked me in the butt. Tomorrow doesn't seem promising since I work twelve hours. Hopefully I'll get pics up on friday.
