I got another project done!   It's a pair of comfy pj pants.  I never had made pants from scratch before, I made a lot of mistakes but I will only wear them to bed so who cares.

Here is my afgahn so far.  It's about the size of a lapgahn.  I am going to work on it every day until the month is over.

I got my package from missgabbielynn today!!

All the pictures she sent were awesome!  here are some of my favorites
The water here looks freakishly blue from the shadows.

When I first saw this picture I thought the two cows were attatched to each other

I think this one is my favorite.  It is so pretty

This picture is really interesting, it's a picture of a chimney hole of an abandoned house

I love the look of old bridges, but I don't think I would like to walk on this one.

I also received a frame that her and her son painted and an apron made out of a pair of old jeans (I'm wearing it now! lol)

Thanks again missgabbielynn!

28  Ollie the Octopus!! in Knitting: Completed Projects by Sera unravled on: April 06, 2009 10:05:54 AM
I made this for my nieces second birthday, she was kind of sick when I gave it to her so she was a little afraid of it.  So her mom(my sister) played with it. Cheesy

I got the pattern from the lion brand website http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/80795AD.html?noImages=0
The only thing I did differently is I knitted everything separately.

I used Caron simply soft yarn.

C&C welcome

please disregard the massive amount of cat hair on my arm.

29  Turtle the turtle in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by Sera unravled on: April 06, 2009 09:53:23 AM
I made this turtle for my niece's 4th birthday.  I asked her what she was going to name her turtle and she said "Turtle".  Cheesy

I don't have a pattern for this yet, but it was pretty easy.  I used Caron simply soft for the body and some random acrylic yarn for the eyes.

C&C welcome Cheesy

I got my package from Crafty gurlllll yesterday.  Everything is so awesome

First I  got some dishes that can be used as a bird feeder, I'll just have to make some holders for them. I also got a book on how to attract birds to your yard.

I got a very pretty embroidered chickadee.

Next I got a purse. ( I love the fabric)

The purse has two pocket in the inside, and it also came with a matching wallet.
