I'm not sure where to put this. I made it out of pink foam for my grandaughter.

This is a small piece I did for a friend.  It was coper foiled and the lettering was sand blasted into flashed glass.

This is my second quilt.  It was a present for my Mom this year.  I would welcome any comments.  (I know the picture could be better.)

I have been able to upload some pictures to my gallery but some of them have gone into "Unregistered".  Am I doing something wrong?
5  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Introduce Yourself / Crafter in Minnesota on: May 23, 2007 08:25:10 AM
I am new to this board but have been a professional crafter for years.  I owned and operated a glass business in NE Wisconsin specializing in stained, blown and fused glass as well as neon signs.  I moved to Minnesota 13 years ago after I closed my business.  Mostly I have been doing office work since then.  I taught glass art at a chain of studios in the Twin City area about 6 years ago.  I am now working freelance doing graphic art on the computer.

A year ago I had to have surgery and cannot work in an office setting any longer.  I have to start generating an income again so I find myself falling back to my "comfort zone" of crafting.  I do crafts of all types including foam carving, jewelry making, polymer clay sculpting, glass bead making.  My newest obsession is fiber art, specifically quilting.
