1  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Fish, cupcakes, bugs and... marijuana? ( pic HEAVY) on: May 19, 2007 11:25:21 PM
These are awesome - so unique, you've taken a common craft and made it your own! I really like the look of the bug soaps, I think it's the theme (I love bugs) and the color (go pink) and the earthiness of the flecks of herbs - they remind me of a fun and funky garden scene. They're definetly my favorite.
2  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Simple Hissing Cockroach (origami) on: May 19, 2007 11:19:10 PM
Those are so awesome! I had hissing roaches back in high school, creepy but cool. Now you should try a tarantula one - another of my favorite creepy crawlers! Smiley
3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: my own tree of life! on: May 19, 2007 11:13:42 PM
Beautiful! I think the pink is a great "take" on the tree of life theme. I thought of crimp beads, also - but also maybe just a dot of glue on the bottom branches on the back of the pendant, that might be enough to hold everything in place, and wouldn't be as visible as crimps.
4  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Onesies for a super hip baby. on: May 19, 2007 11:10:53 PM
I love the R2D2! I've just been re-watching the movies lately, so I'm in the Star Wars mood. C3PO would look great next to it, for an older kid especially! Smiley

I do like the batman idea, though - another good one.
5  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Baby sling for my baby (pictures fixed) on: May 19, 2007 11:07:35 PM
That is so sweet! I had a rag when I was younger, and she definetly liked to be carried around. In reference to one of the earlier posts, you can carry a 16 pounder in a sling. I now carry my little man (human, lol) in a sling, and he's up to 28 pounds. If they're sewn sturdy, slings hold a lot of weight. I'd imagine a cat would feel like nothing after carting my boy around all day! Smiley
6  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: USB drive and USB drive holder on: May 19, 2007 11:03:41 PM
These are so awesome! I can totally see the bottom of that toy sticking out of a computer - funny! And the voodoo is great - he can use it for therapy too and imagine it's someone he's mad at. Smiley
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Crocheted Cassette Tape Evening Bag w~ Pattern on: May 19, 2007 10:55:15 PM
Fascinating! I never would have guessed the material from looking at the picture - they have great texture and a great earthy color! I like them.
8  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Zombie Finger Puppet & my Mother's day present on: May 19, 2007 01:42:26 AM
I think that zombie is the coolest thing I've ever seen! He looks like he's about to get his head chopped off by a zombie hunter. Awesome.
9  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: First post--Rosie the Riveter etched glass on: May 17, 2007 12:29:04 AM
Awesome! I've always loved Rosie - this is perfect!
10  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: Ensuring Success on a Daily Basis on: May 17, 2007 12:24:05 AM
This is lovely, junwin!
I've got several personal goals for my business, but the ones that help me most are production and listing. I try to get into my studio every day and create, because that's what it's all about - and it's what I love to do. I also try to list or re-list items on a regular, consistent basis, at least every day. I am convinced my great sales last month came from my regular listings.

Good Luck!  Smiley
