1  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies / Yet another Diaper Wreath..EDIT - new wreath added {Pic Overload!} on: May 24, 2008 06:19:35 PM
Hello! Cheesy

Long time lurker, finally posting a project!! I just finished this and had to show someone, even if its been done quite a few times before. I'm still proud!

This is for one of my friends who just got married last summer and is now pregnant. We don't see each other much anymore, but still like to be involved in each others lives as much as possible.

I'm not sure what the sex of the baby is, the shower is on the 31st, but my invitation hasn't come in the mail yet.

I love how the colors turned out!

One more for good measure!

I just finished another diaper wreath for my boyfriends sister. She's having a little girl, but doesn't want a million pink things, I actually thing she said that she didn't want any pink at all..so purple it is!

PS. The first wreath was a huge hit at the shower.

Thanks so much for looking! I know you've seen many before! Please leave a comment!
2  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Noob with donated sewing machine on: May 16, 2007 03:10:12 PM
 Huh
So my boyfriends mother has so kindly donated a sewing machine that her daughter wasn't using anymore to my re-learn to sew cause. I haven't sewn anything since gr. 8 home ec. class and that was 7 years ago!

I was given a Mason sewing machine, I can't find a model number on it, and honestly dont' think I could even remember how to thread it!

This is basically a plea for help! If anyone has the time or perhaps an instructions manual to help me, that would be great!

Thanks!
