Hi there. Here is my latest attempt to be crafty! I made a purse out of a santa hat. I have found it on a sewing web site and thought that i should try it and here is my first attempt. Hope that you all like it. I also did an elf hat but gave it as a gift!

Great Tut. I had a little trouble with the sides until i started to think about it.

Here is the bag that  I made for the youngest daughters teacher. The only thing I will do next time is put a lining in it.
I did quilt the fabric since i couldnt find any.

My daughter came to me one night and said "mom I need a costume for the pioneer walk on Friday!" OK but it was Wednesday. and I had a meeting that night. so I had one night to whip it up and here is what I came up with. Hope you like it.





Here is another that we did on the fly. we used a garbage bag box for the hat!
