Made this for my little son-to-be...From the book Minnies, quickknits for babies and toddlers...
Nice and easy..I made the 6 months version so he can wear it for a little more than one month...

Sorry....I used Pima Tencel (which is 50/50 pima cotton and tencel) took about 4 50 g balls....and the hat is a merino wool but i cant remember whose...prolly some poor little nekkid sheep....hee hee

Made a baby blanket/quilt thing for my sisters baby. Then I had to make a bag to go along with it...
It has tattoo flash, cake patterns, denim, pink fabric, pink lined leftovers, good luck Japaneses kitties, and some batting...
My first attempt...about 2 1/2 feet by 4 feet. After I finished this, I finally finished my bed quilt...I still have to finish the "quilting" on that one, so when it is done I will post.
These require not a lot of talent, but I am so happy I finished it, I had to post...

i am planning a show with all my "creature" paintings and my version of them in 3D form..I only have this one  so far, as i need to steal all my paintings back from friends to make the other creatures...some of which are a surfing chicken, a spit with roasted chickens, some hand-foot creatures, and some other odd things...
any advice on free hand creating? i already figured out they need to be cut at about twice the size i think they will turn out, but is there a better stuffing other than fiber fill? maybe something i can order online?
