This is my first quilt. It's 100% machine sewn and made completely out of vintage sheets and the batting is made from an old mattress protector of ours (so i know it's not grody)

The back is a vintage Flannelette sheet and the binding is also made of a sheet. I really like the contrast between the purple binding and yellow backing.

I also embroidered a square on each row of the Quilt, Just going around the existing pattern.

I made these for a first birthday present. The Pj bottoms are from the Make It Perfect book and the Hobo sack is from a Made by Dana tutorial.

I loved making this! I was so excited to make it, it was all I could think about:) I was really proud when I finished, first time using piping and first time using a zipper foot (for the piping)

This is the second pair of these trousers that I have made. But these ones are for a girl I think with the velvet and all!

As with the first pair I missed off some pockets because they are for a one year old, and one year olds don't need pockets!

I have seen heaps of these online and I have wanted to try them for ages. I made these for my husbands birthday who is a big sesame street fan.

The cupcakes themselves are Chocolate and made from this recipe which is the best chocolate cake recipe I have ever made. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/One-Bowl-Chocolate-Cake-III/Detail.aspx

Then I made butter frosting with blue coloring, I used white buttons for the eyes and attached chocolate chips with some of the icing. I broke a store bought cookie in half and pressed it into the cupcake.

I made these for a little friend of my babies for his first birthday. I really like the pattern - it's from the sewing book 'Make it Perfect'. The pattern had side pockets on that I left off as how many pockets do a one year old need.

I made these for my Sister in Law for Christmas. They are made out of a vintage sheet and I bought a store T shirt to make up a pajama set. A few more details on my blog.

I made these for Christmas, one was for my Niece who went absolutely nuts when she opened it. The little blue one is made out of baby socks and I made it for my little boy. Next time I make something like that for a baby I will put a rattle in it as well to make it a bit more interesting to a baby!
