I designed the cover today and I'm pretty stoked about it ^_^

But I have to say, I dig those pants in the OP really hardcore.
Thank you XD They were my favourite pair at the time. I wore them for like 4-5 days, washed them and maybe wore another pair the day they were in the wash, and then put them on again, and just fixed every new tear that mysteriously appeared. Back then I only had like three pairs of pants.

I love this! Though I've never heard of Katwise, but I've seen an etsy shop and a Facebook fan site for the same person who has that shop that has -exactly- the same type of sweaters and things, but they call themselves "Enlightened Platypus".

I think this layout looks really nice, but am I the only one confused by this post? I thought it was going to explain the ten tips and illustrate how you used them. I was looking forward to learning that. Did I miss something?
That's how I understood it aswell o_O
8  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Vintage Craft Projects / Re: Where might a girl find free 1970's knitting patterns online? on: November 27, 2010 05:35:23 PM
I think I've seen some vintage knitting patterns on www.ravelry.com

I put a KMFDM CD into my stereo thingy, dragged out my sewing machine and decided to make some changes. I made the shoulders shorter (the shoulders were like half way down my upper arms), removed the tulle and added safetypins and a ribbon, corset style Grin I had thought of doing this to the jacket except putting eyelets, but this is less permanent so if I get sick of the pins I can just take them out. The jacket fits a lot better now too.

Sorry for the dark and crappy pictures, it's 1:30 am and I'm impatient XD

Welcome!  Can't wait to see updated pics, you did a good job in these first ones but i'd like to see it more tailored.  Not sure how I feel about the tulle, but that's a matter of personal style - if you can rock it, go ahead!
Arr sorry for a very very very extremely late reply XD I think I'm gonna remove the tulle. It looks very odd.
