Hey!  Sorry I didn't manage to post sooner, but my weekend was somewhat hectic and the week decided to roll right along in the same manner.  But I did get my package last week, and I love it!  Thanks so much, Glccafar!  I haven't had a chance to start the book, yet, but it looks interesting.  I can't wait to get started.  And i love the bag!  Did you weave all the squares by hand?  Here's a pic!

The book is "Still Life with Woodpecker" by Tom Robbins, btw.  ^^

I'm so glad that you like it, silverwing!  I can't take the credit for handweaving the squares... my grandma-in-law did it!  She used to weave them and turn them into afghans.  When we visited last xmas, she gave me a HUGE bag of them (over 200 squares)... she said she didn't like to think about them being sold at a garage sale someday. I'll have to send her your picture.   Smiley

Got my Bookmarks from Glccafar & Aquariann Today

They both look great.

I'm so glad you like it, ForeverBee!  I had so much fun putting them together; I really miss art class!   Smiley

OH NO here I go.......Way to stir up the dust again
This time, a penis ornament:

(in my hand for scale)

(on my little X-mas tree sapling)

Just in time for the holiday crafting season!
What do ya think?            ~M

that is quite disturbing. funny, yet disturbing.

Oh my god.  I am laughing so loud that my husband wants to know what I'm laughing about.  Snort.  This will be a new discussion.  "Honey, I'm looking at penises on the web, but they're yarn-related penises."  Double snort.

I'll go first!  Cheesy

My BEAUTIFUL scarf from spaz_muse arrived today.  It is extremely warm and cozy, made in some of my very favorite colors, and is absolutely wonderful!  I feel very, very fortunate.   Grin

Here it is:

Thanks again spaz_muse, and you too TigerEyes!   Smiley
