These are amazing! You're girls are going to love them. Smiley

What a GREAT idea! We, too, have a half bath on the main floor with not one, but TWO full size towel racks. And they are near the toilet, not the sink even! Crazy stuff. This would be so handy to have. I may have to look up some of my scraps and try this out!

Thanks for sharing! You did a fantastic job!
3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Hanging Fabric Basket (link to tute) on: September 12, 2010 03:38:19 AM
What an awesome idea! You executed it so well, too. Great job!
4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: Funny pencil cases I made. on: September 02, 2010 10:02:56 AM
Creative and well done! I'm sure your boys love them.  Smiley  They remind me of puppets we used to use for student convention competitions in high school. lol. I can almost hear your pencil cases 'talking'.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Paisley Contrast Trousers on: September 01, 2010 12:55:00 PM
I love paisley too! These are fantastic! I haven't been brave enough to sew pants like this. You did an amazing job! I love how the paisley peeks out from the pockets.  Smiley
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Easy-peasy (slightly unfinished) kitchen curtains on: August 29, 2010 12:45:13 PM
Hm...I would either add a panel to make them full length curtains or maybe just move the rods down so the hem hits the bottom of the window and the top of the window is exposed.

Cute fabric and way to be creative! Good job.  Smiley
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Something for me! on: August 28, 2010 10:09:03 PM
After sewing purses, diaper bags, and Superman-type capes for others the last couple of months I decided it was time I made something for myself! This is what I came up with. I just finished it up today and I love it! I wasn't sure I'd like the fabrics together, but it turned out well I think. It's a great size for all my purse stuff plus a travel wipe case and a couple of diapers/pullups. The pocket on the front came from a uniform shirt of my hubby's. Comments and criticisms welcome, but please make sure the criticisms are constructive! I'm 34 weeks pregnant and very hormonal right now! LOL. Thanks for looking!

Great job!

Hmm...you've inspired me! Something similar to this would make a great maternity tank top I think! I never would have thought to use the sleeves in the side seam like that to add fullness. Great job. The hubster has some great button up shirts that are never going to fit him again; may have to raid the closet today! Definitely bookmarking this tute to come back to later.  Smiley  Thanks for sharing, and once again, great job!

Great job! Love the pattern, the print, and everything about this bag! Your daughter is one lucky gal.  Smiley
