My ds4 (at the time) made these at christmas time for favors at preschool. They were a huge hit! We used star and tree  shapes. I wish I had thought to take pics Roll Eyes Yours turned out SOOOO very nice.

Great job! I too am in love with shirring. I have found that the results you get from steaming after you finish your garmet depends on the fabric itself. And maybe even the tension of your elastic thread.
