Your spices look so pretty on the refrigerator!

I'd like to suggest that you keep your extra spices in the freezer.  They will stay fresher!

I thought maybe this should go on the reuse board, but I didn't see anyplace to put completed projects there. . . .

I've had this project rattling around in my brain for ages, but was finally motivated to complete it when my SO made me watch the movie, Why We Fight: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0436971/.  It was powerful and disturbing and made me feel like I had to do something!

So I did this:


I was waiting to post until I got better lights and my finished project didn't look quite so mangy, but we're fighting with the HOA to keep it up at all so I'm not sure what it's final incarnation will be - if we are allowed to keep it up at all.

What I did:

Bones: freecycled hula hoop, cheap metal curtain rods, duct tape


Skin: grocery sacks, modge podge
