Here are the images I was talking about, sorry so late. And they didn't come out as good as I had hoped. It's hard to see the base yarn. 

I am so pleased with myself! I've been in the scarf stage for what seemed like forever. And recently I took up the idea of going to a bigger and better project. I made an afghan for my husband who had no objections to it being purple. So here it is!






As you can tell my husband was oh so thrilled to be having his picture taken at almost 12 AM after a long hard day. But at least he is enjoying his blanket. 

This is by far the largest project I have ever done!
