Whoa! Can't believe I'm first to post my received!
mcook did a wonderful job on my shirts. They are so fun and will be a big hit this summer.

The robot and the alien guy were done with the silkscreen machine, the rest were freezer paper stenciled.

Action shot!

Thanks so much mcook!

2  Knit hat and booties for baby boy in Knitting: Completed Projects by theatergrrl on: March 29, 2009 07:08:15 PM
I got a sweetheart knit hat pattern from a friend and just had to make it for my sweetie boy. The hearts in the pattern are subtle but create nice texture.  I also made the simple green booties. I had to extend the foot section to accomodate my boy's long feet.

3  Fleece coat for baby boy! in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by theatergrrl on: March 29, 2009 06:36:55 PM
I made this fleece Kimono style coat by copying the pattern from a cotton coat in a girl's fabric. It has fleece for edging and for the tie. This is red fleece with cars.  I've also made this slightly smaller for when he was younger in a white fleece with elephants. It's cozy warm!

4  Boy's soft shoes in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by theatergrrl on: March 29, 2009 06:26:44 PM
I was inspired by VanillaKisses and her fabulous shoes, so I had to make some for my son.
Here's my version of penny loafers.

The stitching's not perfect, but they look great from a few feet away. So easy to make!

Got my AWESOME package today from stacysews.  She can make a mean swap package!

First off, she made this adorable set based on Rubber Ducky fabric.  It includes a burp cloth, bib, onesie, and the sweetest shoes.  She also included a rubber ducky soap.

Closeup of the shoes.

Then she made this beautiful diaper bag that has huge pockets inside!  I love the brocade fabric. The interior is of this humorous sushi fabric - it'll make me hungry every time I look in the bag! And I love the side pockets.

Then, since I mentioned I was a James Bond fan, she created these onesies of a tux and my fav Bond - Connery.

Thanks so much stacysews!  I love it all and I can't wait for my little one to arrive so I can use it all! (and have action shots!)

Yipee!  I got my onesies from superhooker today!
I asked for some fun onesies based on being a fan of Star Trek, Firefly, and Harry Potter and she delivered!

There's a bonus onesie 'cause the Gryffindor logo got a little scorched in the ironing.  I think it'll be fine.  "My food is problematic" is a Firefly reference to River trying to eat an "ice-planet" on a string.  "Clean me up, Scotty"  just cracks me up.
I just love them all. Thanks so much superhooker!

superhooker has been having trouble with her main camera, and her backup camera keeps taking pics that are too dark. So I'm posting my pic of the onesies I made for her SIL.  She's expecting her first baby, and loves sassy shirts and bling. So here's what I came up with:

Here's a closeup of the pacifier bling.  I created this on Adobe Illustrator.

Best of luck to your SIL superhooker!

Finally!  I've arrived home and can share what Taloola sent me!

The biggest item was a ring sling in blue sparkly fabric. Very neat!

A whole batch of tie-dyed onesies for the babe when he's tiny.  This is great 'cause I used to live in Berkeley, CA with a lot of tie-dye and used to teach kids at summer camp how to tie-dye as well.

Even more tie-dye for when he's older.  I love the two color one.

And knitted items! So cool!  The hat and the booties are so wee.  My fav item of the whole package is the snugglie (is that what it's called?) with the pointed hat. So soft and cute.

Taloola - thanks so much for being a great swap partner!  Kiss

I'm almost done!  Here's a teaser for taloola:

Now to finish one last thing and pack it all up!

Can't wait to see what everyone else made.  What's been shared so far is great!
