Still awaiting the big day so I'm still a little baby obsessed. Since she's due November 4th I figured I almost had to carve a pumpkin just for her and take pictures for her baby book.

8  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: Rubber Ducky Sign for Daughter's Nursery on: October 18, 2010 09:04:23 AM
Looks nice. But put some rubber or felt behind the board so it won't slam when you close the door - otherwise your baby might awake  when you leave the room;)

THANK YOU!!!!! I didn't even think about that!

There is a gigantic hole in the door leading into the bathroom from the nursery and it's killin me! Recently me dad invested in some new custom cutting boards for his kitchen and gave me his old one. And what do we do when we need to cover up holes and have random spare cutting boards lying around? We paint them =)

10  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Blue Nursery for a Baby Girl on: September 21, 2010 07:39:20 AM
If you're anything like my mother-in-law, chances are you'll hate this. But we like it and we're hoping that Saffron (due Nov 4th ) will like it too =)

I love how her quilt came out. It's my first!

I covered her wall letters with the leftover fabric from her quilt.
