I have seen this product used by mixed media artists esp Beryl Taylor in her book, Mixed Media Explorations....Anyone here use it? Does it come colored? It appears to be shimmery when heated...can RS an image into it-it looks pretty cool applied to ATCs.
4  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Discussion and Questions / Mixed Media Explorations by Beryl Taylor on: May 08, 2007 11:58:20 AM
has beautiful ideas, techniques, ART! I love her style-how she can turn something such as mere white paper into beautifully-colored and embellished ART! Check it out! AMAZON.com has the best prices! ALSO Sally Jean ALexander has a great book, Pretty Little Things---teaches the finer ways of soldering-creating trinkets and jewelry...LOVE THEM BOTH!
5  Wisconsin / Wisconsin: Northeast / Central WI crafters-anyone? anyone? on: May 01, 2007 09:01:33 AM
Anyone else near the Central WI area---Stevens Point/Amherst/Waupaca? I sew/knit/crochet/love creating ATCs---Paper ARTs---my favorite pasttime!!! Hand-crafted cards---love 'em!!! Anyhow...looking for other crafting pals in my neck o' the woods. LOL  Cheesy
6  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Fabric ATCs on: April 27, 2007 08:25:24 AM
Anyone use fabric for their background-I have used felt "stiffened" with a fusible adhering fabric that has been watercolored...I outlined the images with a fine point perm marker in black...pretty cool. Anyone else try or use fabric in their ATCs? I used [this] as a background for ATCs I swapped out for a 4 Seasons Swap. I hope the recipients enjoyed them as much as I did!!!
