This was the first time that I have used this software to digitize and it certainly took a while to get the hang of it!

i have a craft show coming up and wanted to come up with new hang tags for my clothing items.  this is what i came up with.  i printed my design on heavy cardstock 100# i think, and then hole punched the center and added a 1" button that i made.  i printed my website address in the margin on the side of the button. i'm delighted with the way they came out! i know that people lose business cards all the time and wanted to come up with a way for them to keep my info so i thought this would be perfect! i found this site http://buttonmakers.net/button_design_help.htm which lets you download a template for perfect placement of perimeter text.

thanks for the great idea! i just made 75 of these, and let me tell you, it took all day (well with a quick shopping trip, and a lunch break and, well 1000 other distractions). but it was well worth the effort. i did make a few alterations, first i used 3" x 5" cardstock because the paper store in my town sells huge bundles (about 150 sheets) of this size for $2! this way there was no cutting required and i could load them into the printer as-is ( i did omit the inside printing to save print time), second i wanted to use about 50 sheets of paper inside but there was no way my stapler was having any of that, so i stapled bundles of about 25 ( i didnt count, but it was easy enough to eyeball) then hot glued two bundles into each book. including more paper allowed me to print my email addy on the bottom fold. 

just wanted to say that you are a superstar for making so many, and for your wonderful idea!

i usually have no problem pricing my items, but i'm stuck on this one.  these are shoes that i painted. i used to own a store and had a mountain of shoes laying around. i painted 8 pairs of these beauties but i'm stuck on pricing.  i paid next to nothing for the shoes themselves, maybe $4 a pair, and it took me about 6 hours to paint them all.  what would be a fair price? how much would you pay for these?

i made this owl bag. it's pretty much just a jordy bag with piping and an applique. i used buttons for the owl eyes. i'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out. it has a magnetic button closure.
