This may sound dumb but is there a tool that will cut out a picture into a circle shape (instead of me trying to cut it perfectly). Like maybe a punch of some sort? I haven't seen one? I saw a tracer knife thingie and a heard shaped mold that you trace around it with. But no circular one and that sounds like it could be sloppy.

I really like the creative memories cutting tools also. I have arthritis and they are very easy to use...
