Thanks for the links!  Your pompoms fell apart while you slept!?  Sad  Were you running around in a dream house that had a thousand rooms and stairwells that never ended? Cheesy

Soft and cuddly looking!  Nice colors, too!  Thanks for the link and the reminder that I have to make one of these to call my own!  Cheesy

Actually I worked the legs right into the pattern, before finishing off! You just chain 4, sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and in the last two chains, then single crochet in the next sc, just like that! Cheesy

Oh, you're very creative!  That explains why yours are so much cuter and neater looking than mine ever were.  My lady bugs looked a little like they'd had a hard landing!  Tongue  Your mites look very happy and stable!  Cheesy

I remember my science teacher saying that Indigo the wavelength can't be seen in a spectrum, like a rainbow, but if you look at the reflection of a florescent tube light on a non-recordable CD that you can see it.

There's also a dye called Indigo.  It's used to color blue jeans.  So, maybe check out some Levi's that haven't been prewashed our acid bathed?

Fantastic!   Shocked  Thanks for sharing!  The purple you used is perfect and the eyes, wow!  What yarn did you use?

Cool!  Cool  The water shot rocks!
7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Rainbow scarf the size of a rainbow... on: January 19, 2008 01:25:37 AM
Crocheting rainbows while watching Bob Ross.  That sounds like fun!  Cheesy  I imagine Bob would consider this a "happy" scarf.

I think it's neat that its so long.  Should be nothing like wrapping yourself in a rainbow to bring on some good fortune!  I like your white shell stitch edging idea, too.

Your frogs got a lot of character!  Cheesy  Is the scarf to keep him warm, while he herds sheep on the Scottish Moor?  Wink

Very clever and thanks for the heads up on the Lions brand cotton!  I haven't tried it yet.

Oh, you did a wonderful job modifying it!  It's hard to imaging it being as nice with gaps worked in.  And, your colors are just dreamy together!  Okinawa must be a nice and very interesting place to get stationed and to explore!
