I scored a box of vintage mags at a yard sale one year...the Decorating and Craft Ideas and the whole year of 1949's National Geographics.  I like the ads better than anything, though I still don't have the heart to cut up the National Geographics (but that's what a scanner's for...).

CrochetAdik's package goes out tomorrow over lunch, so her during-move wait for packages will soon be over!  Grin

Nope, I think you got it all! Cheesy

Did I remember to tell you that the quilt is dry clean only?  Something about the fabric being printed on.

I kinda wanted to keep the coasters myself.  The more I read about the author (which I hadn't before), the more intrigued I was!

See what I mean about the one cup being just silly?  I hope you didn't mind!

Don't worry...you told me about the quilt being a dry clean item.  How did you know that button with the woman's head was one of my favorites, that I keep walking past in JoAnn, and can't think of a use for?  Grin

The cup is very cute.  My first reaction was, "Huh?"  Then I opened it and saw the rocking-horse fly.  It'll go up on my teacup shelf when I finally get a teacup shelf.

Chimerix, I also love that clock...the White Knight makes me think of my dad because he's always inventing something, though it doesn't always work out so well. Grin

I'm loving the stuff posted so far.

I received this week from SevsOnlyGirl...lots of great things, large and small

Tea and teacups (both for my collection), coasters for said teacups, lipbalm and lotions, a tin of comfits (or Yoga Girl mints...I'm still searching for a Pilates Girl one...it must exist somewhere), Queen pens, an illustrated copy of Alice in Wonderland, Jabberwocky magnetic poetry (sorry about the fuzzy pic)...

And...

An Alice quilt! And a pillow form and fabric matching the quilt so I can make my own matching pillow.

I'm sure I missed naming something...there was so much.  Thanks, SevsOnlyGirl!

You're welcome, knuckstermom...I love going through my stash for supply swaps.  I pull out all the stuff I want to see go to new homes, and sit on my bed and sort through it, picking things out and saying, "I think my partner would like this...and this...and this..."  Though by the time I've filled the box, I'm still left with a pile of stuff that would work so well for supply packages.  Grin

At long last...pictures of the packages I got this week from annaonthemoon and zenochka

Beads, floss, and all around a little of everything (including a pair of scissors!) from annaonthemoon:

Fabric (different prints than I usually add to my stash) and notions (hand and sewing machine needles!) from zenochka:

Thanks!  It's beaded art dolls, embroidery, and sewing projects for me...if I can get my renfaire costume finished and teach my little brother how to sew his.  Cheesy

I've given up my stuffie to the PO in a padded envelope going across the Pond,   so where she is until she arrives at Angry Angel's house is uncertain and mysterious.

After looking at the gallery, I wish I'd done something cuter with the bio card design, though...

I just want to let my partners know I'm not dead...though I can't say lively and springy describes me right now, either  Wink  I've received my boxes from annaonthemoon and zenochka, and have lots of great ideas for the stuff inside.  I'll be taking pictures as soon as the camera has fresh batteries.  Thanks!

I received my hardanger embroidery kit from Melladh this week!  I can't wait to start...I'll be posting pics as soon as this crazy week gives me a moment to breathe.  Roll Eyes

EDITED: Here are pictures!

I'm all excited to get started!  Thanks!

Word to the wise: Never, never stick a ziploc bag of sweet potato chips next to a piece of cloth, I don't care if you've closed the bag.  Yesterday and this evening after work was stain removal hell (with me yelling "Nooooo!  Not after I put so much work into this!" periodically).   Angry  And I was doing so well with everything until I got sick on Monday.  I'm hoping for tomorrow now, figuring on Monday. *sigh*  Crazy week, this.

Oh, yay.  Got sick on Monday, and I'd been counting on finishing working out the aesthetic issues (read: perfectionistic nitpicking) with one of the medium projects that day.  Will probably send Thursday or Friday now, since I didn't want to craft while sick (you're welcome, SevsOnlyGirl  Wink).

I think I'm done.  I have one large item and a whole bunch of smalls - I hope that's ok.  Nothing wanted to be a medium - that's so wishy-washy. Wink

No problem here.  I think my large project got bumped down to a medium because I'm quicker at making this kind of item than when I started making them at the beginning of the year, and I've just come to that realisation pretty recently.  So there's going to be another small or two to make up for that...should I be thinking, "Yay!  I get to use a couple more of the ideas I had!"?  Wink
