1  Crocheted/felted purses in Crochet: Completed Projects by industrioushead on: November 10, 2008 12:23:41 PM
I spent a good part of the spring and summer making these purses. Each was felted and has a hand sewn applique, and a printed cotton lining. I made each one out of thin air, so to speak, since I didn't use a pattern. Thanks for looking! (Image heavy.)

2  A dress for my daughter in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by industrioushead on: September 03, 2008 10:56:31 AM
I used New Look 6799 and a cotton fabric. The proportions bother me a bit; the shirt could be somewhat longer. Hoping that it looks better on my daughter, than on a hanger.

Two new aprons I recently completed. One for myself, and one for a Vintage Apron Swap.

Here is the apron I sent to my partner in the swap. All images are her's.

Thanks for looking.

4  Small Crocheted Purse in Crochet: Completed Projects by industrioushead on: July 29, 2008 12:41:38 PM
I made this small purse last fall. It was felted from Lion Brand Wool and then I appliqued the wool felt flowers along with some embroidery and a lining.

6  Hawaiian Sirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by industrioushead on: July 29, 2008 11:24:17 AM

Hawaiian shirt I made for my husband. I used a Victoria Jones pattern, number 220; which is a traditional shirt pattern. I bought the fabric at Hawaiian Fabric Mart, http://www.fmart.com/. I loved working with this fabric. It is a wonderful cotton in a medium weight, with a soft texture. The colors are so rich, this picture doesn't do it justice.
